1140 Sun & Sea Drive, Siesta Key Located at beautiful Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, our beach rentals are exceptionally clean and are completely furnished. You won’t need to bring a thing! Save the room in your suitcase. We provide all of the linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, 2 wheel beach cart, cooler, rafts, and small child life vests. And after your day at the beach you can come home to a selection of games, movies, and more for your relaxation and enjoyment. Spend your days on our beach swimming and wading in the warm gulf waters. Whether your goal is a week-long family vacation, a few months of relief from the Northern winter, or a romantic getaway—our rentals and the Sarasota area offer year-round enjoyment. Rentals are 2 bedroom- 1 with a queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. A portable crib and high chair are available upon request at no additional charge. Your bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer, bath soap, and paper rinse cups for your convenience. The living room offers a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate your family and the kitchen features a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, electric can opener, and comes fully equipped with dishes, kitchenware, pots, pans & more. A shared laundry is provided for your use at no charge. It is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and table top ironing board, and a supply of laundry detergent and fabric softener for your use. Our rentals featured all the amenities that will make your trip enjoyable and comfortable. TV’s with built in DVD player in both bedrooms and living room, phone with answering machine, central heat and air, gas BBQ grill, patio with furniture, outside shower and a privacy fenced back yard. Rentals are ground level with no steps. Secure entry to units is by touch pad with a code that you select prior to your arrival. Across the drive and 2 buildings to the left (approximately 60 steps) you will find the very large heated pool and across from the pool, you will find Cresent Beach, internationally recognized for its cool white, quartz sand. Wade into the gentle Gulf Waters and every evening, take in the most spectacular sunsets. So conveniently located, within a two minute walk you will find shops, stores, restaurants, and a drug store with post office. For your outdoor enjoyment, you will also find boat, bike, and jet ski rentals, parasailing, and bait and tackle. Wonderful Tennis and golf facilities are just a short drive. RATES
