We are located directly on world famous Crescent Beach--recognized internationally for its fine powdery white sand--cool to walk on even in the heat of summer! Spend your days on our beach swimming and wading in the warm gulf waters. Whether your goal is a week-long family vacation, a few months of relief from the Northern winter, or a romantic getaway—our condos and Sarasota area offers year-round enjoyment. All of our beach rentals are non smoking, fully furnished, and are exceptionally clean. Each has 2 bedrooms, featuring a king size bed in the master and 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, so the unit sleeps six comfortably. Walk in closets in both rooms and ample dresser space will make you feel at home. There are 2 full baths supplied with incidentals such hairdryer, bath soap, and paper rinse cups for your convenience. The fully-equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and all your essential cookware and dishes. There is also a washer/dryer on the premises for your convenience and each unit has assigned parking under the building. Enjoy the fabulous outdoors. Our heated pool is so refreshing and there are always plenty of chairs in and out of the shade. A convenient barbeque area is located right on the beach for your family cookout. Our private beach has plenty of lounge chairs and shaded tiki roofs that guests can use free of charge. And we want you to just enjoy, so we provide all of the linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, 2 wheel beach cart, cooler, rafts, and small child life vests. After your day at the beach, come home to color LCD TV's with DVD players, and cable TV in every room. And what’s great is your unit is supplied with a selection of movies, games and more for your relaxation. You'll also enjoy high speed internet connection, a private balcony, large living room and dining area. So conveniently located, within a two minute walk you will find shops, stores, restaurants, and a drug store with post office. For your outdoor enjoyment, you will also find boat, bike, and jet ski rentals, parasailing, and bait and tackle. Wonderful Tennis and golf facilities are just a short drive.
